Care Co-Pilot produces a Care Report every two weeks for our care coordinators to view and determine when a change in care is needed. It will even send alerts when emergency services should be contacted immediately.
Care Co-Pilot picks up on anomalies that can indicate a change in condition. Meaning we can predict when a client has a UTI, decline in cognition, respiratory illness, or even poses a fall risk.

What is Care Co-Pilot?
Care Co-Pilot is a audio monitoring device installed in your home to track data related to care. It will produce a Care Report every 2 weeks for your care team to review. This will allow us to identify possible changes needed in care, caregiver/client matches that don't work, or health conditions that require medical attention.
Is Care Co-Pilot listening to everything I say?
Care Co-Pilot is only activated by pre-programmed words, phrases, or terms related to care. Care Co-Pilot will not record or document any audio or data that is not care-related. Examples of audio not recorded includes children, family matters, financial information, and passwords. Care Co-Pilot is extremely selective of the data that it relays to your care team to ensure the top most level of privacy.
How much does it cost?
There is no extra charge for Care Co-Pilot. You only pay for caregiver services, but you still get 24/7 observation.
Does Care Co-Pilot access my wifi?
No. Care Co-Pilot comes with its own router to keep its wifi access completely separate from your home's wifi. A Sunlight representative will install and activate all equipment for you.
