Sunlight Senior Care can provide around the clock monitoring to help collect data, provide better care and outcomes. Care Co-Pilot collects data that allows us to make real time adjustments to the plan of care.
Care Co-Pilot produces a Care Report every two weeks for our care coordinators to view and determine when a change in care is needed. It will even send alerts when emergency services should be contacted immediately.
Care Co-Pilot picks up on anomalies that can indicate a change in condition. Meaning we can predict when a client has a UTI, decline in cognition, respiratory illness, or even poses a fall risk.

Care Co-Pilot is proven to prevent rehospitalizations, falls, and care facility admittance. This tool allows clients to stay in their homes as long as possible.
Many clients have seen direct proof of Care Co-Pilot's ability to keep individuals safe and healthy. We have stories of our care companion identifying health concerns that led to important follow-ups with doctors, analyzing small details missed by family members and caregivers, and notifying care teams about falls that allowed for immediate emergency service contact.
Care Co-Pilot can be added as part of any service Sunlight Senior Care provides. A Client Care Coordinator may suggest one to clients we recognize as largely benefiting from having the Care Co-Pilot, but any client can have use for a 24/7 care companion.
