What is Patient and Caregiver Education?

Sunlight operates with the goal of independence for the families and individuals we care for. As we provide care, we can teach you or your loved ones how to continue care in-between visits. As you recover, we can prepare to transition care to you or your personal caregiver once skilled medical care is no longer needed.
