Sunlight social workers can coordinate with outside organizations to ensure you are getting all that you need even if Sunlight cannot directly provide it. We can locate resources to provide counseling, financial assistance, food delivery, and many other community resources. We can also be your advocate and coordinators in relation to your care to ensure your healthcare team is communicating properly about the care you need.
